Hurricane Isabel

These are pictures that Ryan took from Hurricane Isabel.  We had taken shelter at my in-laws house and these were the pictures from afterwards.  It was quite scary, but glad that we were safe and very thankful that our parents took us in so we were safe.  I'll never forget how the wind sounded and things falling. 

This was my in-laws swimming pool.  A few hours before the hurricane started we were told to put the furniture in the pool so that it wouldn't blow away.  That's what we did, but lots of other things came into the pool to join the furniture.

 This is Dad who was very happy that his tree was still standing in his yard the following morning.  He's so cute!
