I always wanted to have a party for the Olympic opening ceremonies and this year for the 2012 Olympics we did! Thanks to my wonderful mother-in-law for preparing most of the food and even making matching flags for the corresponding dish. These are a couple of pictures from the buffet table...

My Darling and I supporting America (home sweet home) and the Marshall Islands (who had 4 Olympians this year)! We have to celebrate Majuro, especially since that's where we met.
It was so much fun having the party for the ceremonies. My favorite part was the Parade of Nations. I loved seeing all of the nations coming together. It was beautiful.
