Extreme Coupon

Ryan and I are trying to coupon...for the last 6 months.  My family is even trying to help. My aunt in Richmond mails us weekly coupons..a lot of coupons and my Mom spends the next few days cutting them all out for me. We usually go grocery shopping at Giant, but sometimes it doesn't work out to where the things that are on sale are the things we need and have the matching coupons. There has to be an easier and more successful way to do this. It would be very nice to be able to save that much money as is shown on TLC. What do you do? Any suggestions?
