Thanksgiving Fun

Ryan and I had so much fun celebrating Thanksgiving with family last week.  We find it very important to spend time with family on a regular basis, however Thanksgiving always seems to bring this sense of inward warmth (especially with my mother-in-law's homemade hot chocolate mix--AMAZING!)  Below are just a few pics of our fun day...

My father-in-law used to have the honor of carving the turkey and then a couple of years ago he gave the honor over to Ryan.  He's so adorable!

My little brother-in-law, Maui, is a riot.  He continues to meow and cry for food, even though the family feeds him twice a day.  He wants to be part of the family and enjoy the food we're enjoying (he loves turkey & mashed potatoes).  Due to this fact, Mom made him a little bowl with his own Thanksgiving meal and placed it right next to the table.  He was very happy!

Before Thanksgiving dinner, Ryan and I asked my mother-in-law to take pictures for us to possibly to use for our Christmas cards.  The top picture is the one we chose, but I love the others.

My darling is such a clown:

My favorite of course!  Before we were married we "fasted" from kissing for two months so the kiss would be extra special when we were pronounced "husband and wife".  I can't imagine doing that now.

After Thanksgiving dinner we got more comfortable and changed into these t-shirts which Ryan had picked out.  "You can get with this" "or you can get with that".  Cute.
