Family Weekend Sleep-over

Family is very important to Ryan and I and so this weekend we decided to spend it with Ryan's parents. They created a little "bed and breakfast" in the attic and I have to admit that it was very comfy.

We started Friday night with a hot home-cooked meal and then made our way outside to roast marshmallows around the fire and make s'mores.

Sabbath morning we woke up to an awesome breakfast, went to worship at church together and then had lunch with friends.  Lunch was really neat, because I saw deer in the backyard.  Once we returned we all took a walk around the neighborhood and arrived back close to sunset.  We headed back to the fire pit to grill some hot-dogs for dinner.  It was a very nice and memorable evening.  We sat around the fire sharing stories about family, memories and the return of Christ and our dreams of Heaven.  Ryan got some pretty cool pics of the fire.

This morning we woke up, took a walk, ate breakfast together and then it was time for the Ravens.  This weekend was awesome!!  Thanks Mom and Dad!!
