Fourth of July 2014 (...a week later)

Ryan and I joined the parents last night for an evening of fireworks at Maple Lawn.  It was so nice being able to meet up with friends, play some football (well, that was Ryan), sit back and enjoy.  Fortunately, it was a nice cool night which made it even better.

We saw a beautiful sunset when we started setting up.  What a great way to start the evening.

Following the sunset we saw the moon rise over the horizon.  It was the Supermoon too!

A few minutes later the fireworks began.  Ryan did an awesome job at capturing the colors and lights.

We're definitely looking forward to next year!
