We met together on Tuesday for an Oriole's game. We were lucky to spend extra time with one another, because instead of the normal 9 innings it became 12. Fortunately the Orioles won!!! It was nice talking and laughing together, sharing food and peanuts and watching for flying balls.
On Thursday Ryan and I were able to have lunch with Erika, Brooke and Mackenzie at Friendly's. We needed our fix of Friendly's ice cream.
On Saturday we all went to Church together then met back at the Parents house. We had a great potluck: chicken, veggie loaf, potato casserole, vegetables, salad and of course fresh Maryland corn on the cob and pies! Yum!! We then spent some time on the front porch and shared funny stories of the days past. I enjoyed hearing all of the old memories.
We took some family pictures before they left. Here are the four children:
Aunt Sharon "Froggie", Aunt Jean, Dad (Ryan's father) and Uncle Danny
We then added the spouses and children:
It was hard to say goodbye, but we're looking forward to our next get together and so very thankful for technology!
