Easter/Ryan's B-day

Mom (Sheri) created a really neat experience at church the Sabbath before Easter for the children and built several stations for them to stop and create different projects.  Ryan and I were happy to assist.  This was a pic of Ryan and I afterwards.  Ryan is so cute!

The very next Sunday Ryan and I went over to the parents house to celebrate Easter and were very excited to have our own Easter baskets to use for our Easter Egg hunt (it never gets old).  We then had fun dying our Easter eggs.  I can never use those little dippers, because they never get colored properly so I just use my  hands and of course have rainbow colored fingers the next day.

We went out to eat for Ryan's birthday the Saturday night before Easter.  Ryan was born on Easter Sunday and so Easter has always been extra special.  This was one pic from dinner:

We had dinner at the parents for his actual birthday dinner.  He had one of his favorite meals: steak, mashed potatoes, sautéed "shrooms", spinach & crescent rolls.  We were so happy to celebrate the day that God gave us Ryan.   I know that birthdays are special, but I celebrate Ryan everyday...he only gets more presents on April 3rd.  :-)
